I brought my car in for 60,000 mile maintenance, and while it was in Sam Green did a trade- in value of my car. I had made my mind up that I was going to keep my car but after talking to Sam, and Brian, my husband and I talked it over and decided to make the purchase. I recently purchased a new vehicle from Toyota of La Crosse. I love my new Rav 4! Our salesman John Pochanayon was awesome. He was very friendly and made the entire process so easy! Even though John was very busy he made sure everyone was taken care of. John and Reva did a great job explaining how to use all of the features on my new vehicle. Also a big thanks to Katie in Finance. She did a great job explaining all of the financing options and going through all of the paperwork. Thanks for your help everyone!
Hands down best dealership around! Two years ago I first walked in the doors and walked out with the keys to a brand new Corolla. Today, I went back to look into an SUV and walked out with the keys to a brand new 2017 RAV4 Hybrid. Jesse Jones is one of the most knowledgeable salesman I know. I knew what I wanted and Jesse gave me some options that was in my budget. He answered every question I had and I never once felt pressured. Thank you for the great customer service Jesse! I am in love with my new RAV4!
I've been driving Corolla's over that last 12 years and came in to Toyota of LaCrosse wanting something different. Kou Yang did a fantastic job explaining all my options and helped me choose the perfect one! I went with the 2017 Rav4 and I'm loving it! Kou was extremely helpful, very professional, and provided great customer service even when he had people lined up at the door waiting to work with him! (that just shows how great he is).
