Toyota of La Crosse’s service department is really the gold standard. Other dealerships should take notes, I have gotten my car serviced her multiple times. Whenever I had questions they didn’t hesitate to explain the issue, even calling my dad to make sure the service they were doing was what needed to be done. I HIGHLY recommend working with Jesse! There was absolutely no pressure at any point of the transaction. There was nevee any push to upgrade the vehicle or features I was looking at. Jesse was extremely personable. He went through all of the features on the car and answered all my questions! He went through all the extra warranty and protection plans but never pushed them! My first brand new car buying experience was incredible!!
