My car has been sitting at the Toyota of Scranton lot for 2 weeks waiting on a part that was supposed to take 2 days to come in. I will never again utilize their service department.
I brought my Rav4 in this morning for an oil change. I received great service, as usual, and was in and out in a short amount of time. Love the new seating in the waiting room.
Stopped to get a quote and wasn't even offered a price to finance the vehicle once they ran a Hard Credit check, that I didn't want done, and they found I had tier 1 credit. Was explained how leasing works as if I didn't pass math in 4th grade. Was offered a $400+ /month lease on a $27,000 vehicle by the CEO. Not sure how that is even possible. I couldn't give them 0 stars so I had to give them 1 star to write a review.
My thoughts r only abt JEN. Please do her. Soooo tired of her
