They knowingly took advantage of my mother over the course of 2 years...she purchased 5 cars in approximately 22 months! When I was finally able to do something about it there response was "we knew something was wrong....but what can we do"

As always a STELLAR experience. Leased our 4th Toyota ( this time a Rav4) and cannot believe how great our deal went yet again. Thanks to Sean and Joe - very professional from start to finish. We will never go elsewhere.
Very disappointed in them. Leased 1st Rav4 and loved it. Traded it in for new one and received a bill for "excess mileage" because they didn't give me the 15,000 miles like I asked. They wrote 12,000 on lease. I tried to get help from them (from salesman to sales manager to Mary Jo Preno to a letter to Mt Gagorik, President). All I got was "Sorry" or nothing at all. They should have covered at least !/2 the bill ($450) but dropped the ball completely
They really are awesome, Randy, Lisa, the guys in the service department. Just expectacular and a true blessing. I am extremely humbled at the professionalism and quality customer care you guys provide. I had a bit of a concern about a certain department and you guys were kind enough to call me and addressed it so beautifully, it demonstrates what a great company this is. Congratulations on your award, you guys truly deserve it.
