Recently bought a car for my daughter from Ozzy. It was a great experience. Ozzy was great. Highly recommend.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and they always thoroughly explain everything. However last time I went to get my car serviced I was told the estimated time was 1 hour and therefore they could not provide me with a rental car. However I ended up waiting 2 & 1/2 hours to get a tire rotation. I understand that they were very busy but I did have an appointment. I believe they should take people who scheduled an appointment before people who just show up, or they should require everyone to make an appointment.

Appointment times are meaningless when it comes to the service department. Even for something as simple as an oil change.
Bill Cirucci was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with when I was searching for a new vehicle. He suggested the perfect car for me after listening to what I was looking for and made it clear that he is always here to help with any questions or concerns even after driving off the lot. The service department was also very nice and helpful in assisting me with my previous car. Overall, it was a positive experience.
