I had a great experience with Toyota of Sylacauga. They showed me great customer care from greeting at the front door until I signed for my brand new vehicle. Jamie C. in particular was extremely knowledgeable and informative on what vehicle fit my lifestyle, hobbies, and what would be appropriate for me. He ultimately helped me choose what vehicle was appropriate and what trim level I needed. Definitely made me feel comfortable in my investment. Thank you Toyota of Sylacauga!
Worst experience today. We had multiple red line items needing replaced and lady was trying to send my husband home without completing the items after many hours of waiting. She checked him out without asking and made an assumption. I was getting text alerts from home because car was under my cell. My husband had to turn around and go back in and wait even longer. He got there around 10:20 and go home at 4:00. She was rude in the phone as well when I addressed it. Very disappointed which has never happened here
I made an appointment for an oil change at 1:30, unfortunately appointments do not mean anything. The maintenance crew took the cars in the order they came in to the bay.
I will NEVER do business with this Toyota dealership EVER! My car was in for recall service, they wanted to buy my car so they text & text trying to buy it, so I decide I was going to try & do a trade for an older Tacoma with very low miles, but it needed to go through service to figure out what they needed to do to make it worthy of selling. As soon as I got out about to walk into Toyota of sylacauga Darla opened the door and greeted me with such positive energy. I got a paper in the mail thinking I wouldn’t walk out with anything, but it was worth a shot to try. Darla asked me about pricing and how much I would be wiling to pay and all of a sudden she pulls up in a 2026 Corolla. My heart dropped and I was filled with so much joy when she told me it was mine. Thank you so much for the help and thank you Toyota of sylacauga!
