I live in Georgia, but decided to purchase from Tony at Toyota of Sylacauga. The customer service was excellent. My wife didn't have a vehicle to drive secondary to an accident. The dealership Offered us a free loaner vehicle to drive until our new car could arrive at the dealership. Very pleased with the dealership and everyone we worked with. I felt like they gave me a fair price.
Toyota of Sylacauga took great care of me and my family! We came in for an oil change and ended up getting an excellent deal on a new set of tires! Robby & Mars made sure we were fixed up! The owner Chris is very involved and truly cares about customers being happy!
I absolutely love my car 🙂🙂
Despite the delays what getting the part the staff was very informative followed up regularly and stayed honest Plus I got a loaner car anyways
