I had the BEST Salesman ever Jerrod McCord!! He helped me so much. I told him what I needed (trade in,payments) and he exceeded in all. All the staff at Vaden Toyota was so nice. Thank you Mr McCord for making this a great experience.
I think they have great customer service especially Salesman Ed Jones and General manager. I bought my vehicle there 3 weeks ago and yesterday it would not start at walmart so i called Mr. Jones who made two trips to walmart to jump start the car then i drove to dealership where they found that the battery was no good. They put a new battery in no charge. Thats great customer service. So if your in the market for new or used this is the place to go.

Very proud of the new owners at Vaden Toyota! Sounds like Limbaugh and Vaden are the place to be! I had a customer with a 2016 Tacoma that developed Torque Converter Shudder. Sent him to the closest Toyota Dealer, and they said it was normal or caused by another shop. The truck had 15,000 miles on it and was 8 months old. We pulled the truck from those questionable Toyota employees at that location and took it to Vaden, where he originally purchased. The truck got fixed under warranty without the drama.
