RecommendedI highly recommend Jamie Dunn if you're looking to purchase a new vehicle. We have purchased two 4Runners from him and he's always professional and prompt with getting things done. I went in early Friday morning with what I was specifically looking for and he found it in another state and by that evening we had already purchased it and the transport vehicle was getting it loaded to arrive to Santa Fe in a few days. Meh, I went to buy a car and they tried to 'sell' me. Twice. Use a car buying service rather than deal with their crappy sales tactics.
We had the pleasure of working with Kelly Medina and this was by far the least stressful car deal we have ever done.. She was so helpful and kind so if you are looking to buy a great car without the stress please call Kelly Medina salesperson she is absolutely amazing and will help you in anyway you may need to get you into a new car...

The sales people were very polite, but they did not deliver on what they promised. I honestly feel like the dealership took advantage of my trust in them. Overall I did not have a good experience and I cannot in good faith recommend them to friends or family.

The best buying experience ever with Kelly Medina and this dealership. We were moving from Texas to New Mexico and need an awd vehicle. All our negotiations took place on line and when we arrived to "close the deal" everything went smoothly as promised. Since we had a long drive they even furnished us a hotel room.

We purchased a preowned 2014 Highlander in June 2016, and requested a second set of key. We were told by the financing guy that we would be given 2 sets of key. Since then we have had spoken a few times to the salesperson who sold the car, and we have not heard back from Toyota at all. Buddy, that is not the way you take care of your customer.
