DO NOT GO HERE TO GET A QUOTE THEY REPORT IT TO CARFAX WITHOUT EVEN TOUCHING YOUR CAR!!!! I DIDNT EVEN KNOW TILL I WENT TO TRADE MY CAR IN they were so overpriced like THERE WAS NO DENTS IN MY CAR JUST ROCK CHIPS FROM NORMAL DRIVING and it costs almost 7k to do my whole car AND you lost our trust for reporting FALSE information to carfax and I bet you guys did this because you thought I'd go to you for business and trade my car in. Have tried several times to talk to a service advisor and each time the phone just rings and rings. They are big; and have a nice shop. But, I will be going to Toyota of Winter Park from now on. Answer your phones!!!! NOTE: I have had service there before, 6am appointment for a simple oil change and took hours. Do better Toyota of Orlando.
Would not come back. Had an appointment, was told to wait when I arrived but didn't get seen by the advisor until almost 20 minutes in. I was only interested in an oil change and was asking if I could use the coupon I found online and he told me the coupon only works for another Toyota dealer but he would give me a discount on windshield wiper replacements and total would be $130. Every time I come here, I'm more and more surprised and amazed how good the people and service are. It's just so nice and refreshing to be treated great, communicated with well, and not have to worry about having great professional work. Honestly, a model company of what a good experience should be. Every car dealer should aspire to be as good as Toyota of Orlando.
