Beware! I ordered a spare tire for my 2026 Toyota Crown Signia. (which did not come with the car) When they received the order they called me, and I came into the dealership to pick up. They tried placing it in the spare tire compartment of the trunk and realized it did not fit. They insisted that was the correct spare tire for the vehicle and suggested I just carry it in the trunk as if it were a bag of groceries. They offered no resolution, laughed it off and said that ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Awesome service - online
I wouldn't recommend giving this seller any business! I purchased 9 items from this seller through Amazon, and 6 of the 9 items were not delivered, when they say it was. I called this seller 4x and each time was put on hold for further assistance and got disconnected every time. I called a fifth time and my call went directly to voicemail, so I left a detailed message with my phone number to call back and that was 4 hrs ago. I wouldn't recommend giving this seller any business!
