I wouldn't recommend giving this seller any business! I purchased 9 items from this seller through Amazon, and 6 of the 9 items were not delivered, when they say it was. I called this seller 4x and each time was put on hold for further assistance and got disconnected every time. I called a fifth time and my call went directly to voicemail, so I left a detailed message with my phone number to call back and that was 4 hrs ago. I wouldn't recommend giving this seller any business!
Extremely unhelpful rude parts department. That’s why they have low reviews! Go somewhere else like Toyota of Hollywood or Deerfield beach, this place is pathetic
I placed an order to Toyota of North Miami Parts off of Amazon for 2 quarts of Mazda transmission fluid. Their price was an awesome deal compared to every other dealer online considering most places the shipping cost almost the price or more the cost of the actual order. Anyway my order arrived two dayd earlier than expected and was correct so given my experience I am very happy with their customer service and would have no problem doing business with them again.
Very bad service buy online the CVT Fluid of my Toyota Corolla 2016 and place the.Number of.Exact part that the dealer gave me.They sent another different part and call the customer services and their employee in the spare department tells me that I can not tell the part number so I can confirm the correct part number.
