I drove from Baton Rouge to New Orleans East to check out a used '07 F-150. I had verified that morning and then an hour and half prior that it was there and available. When I arrived, they greeted me and we walked to look at the vehicle. During our walk over, they attempted to sell me an '04 which had previously been in an accident... the bumper was still hanging. Willam the general manager really tried to deny selling a customer a car and warranty after refusing to cover a repair (covered by warranty) and then continued his awful customer service by apologizing and hanging up on the customer after he was reminded of the money he received for his business. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with! The general manager WILLIAM is trash and a crook! They are straight up liars and honestly abuse their contracts. They will sell you a car and warranty package but won’t cover the ... read more
