We absolutely love this place. Just bought our third vehicle from these guys. Mr Will and Mr Remis always taked care of us in every aspect you could imagine from the price all the way to the best interest rate possible. Also Mr Chuck in the service department always takes care of us for our vehicle services and informs us of everything. We will remain part of the toyota family . Why try to fix something that's not broke.. Love you guys and Thanks for everything yall do.
This will be my last time doing any sort of business with Toyota of New Orleans. Their parts and service is a joke. I guess if you have your Toyotacare service there, they don't feel like they have to treat you well. Of the three times I've been there, my average wait time was about 2.5 hrs just for simple service. Once they didn't even bother to tell me that my car was done and had me sit there an additional 2 hours. Excellent service, excellent, professional, and pleasant salesmen to deal with.
They are great! My credit wasn't so great and I didn't have a lot to put down but they were able to get me into a brand new Camry! I'm very happy with the service I received! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car! Thank you so much Toyota of New Orleans!

Bought my Jeep Cherokee 2015 and my wife's Dodge Journey 2015 for the best price and no hassle. Mario and Juni were the best handling paperwork and getting the best car for us and our � Had moved to Ohio after I bought the Jeep but drove 12+hours just to get the Journey because of the money I was saving, well worth �
The "Sales Manager" was a complete jerk. Manny was rude and unprofessional and tried to make us feel trapped into a deal then attempted to argue about the deal saying our sales rep had told him something different than what the situation actually was. This was by far the worst experience my husband and I have had buying a vehicle. We will not be coming back to Toyota of New Orleans and would never send anyone to Toyota of New Orleans. Poor customer service.
