I would like to advise anyone who's looking to buy a nice reliable used vehicle not to buy off this lot in 2017 I purchased a 2014 GMC. Unfortunately that is where my troubles began. This car has been in and out of the repair shop for the last year a total of 5 to 6 times. Three out of the five it has been in the shop for at least a week. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! This place is so Unorganized. Our dealer had the wrong car information on the paper work. He had to retype everything. Then we were being rushed to sign the papers bc it was closing time. They leave PERSONAL information laying around. ( our banking info was left out on someone’s desk.). I came to trade my 2008 Audi in and with the wonderful assistance and hard work of Victor and Karrington, I was able to leave in a new 2018 Toyota! The entire staff all the way up to management had wonderful, professional energy, and they worked as a team to put me in the best position possible! I definitely recommend them!
Before I start one Star is the least I can do. I would give no stars but they don't have that option. Worst customer service. I have a 2017 Toyota Corolla SE and driver window got smashed and needed to get it replaced, I bought my car from this Dealership so I figured I'd go back here to get service. The fact that i have my new car less than 1 year, they decided to do a sloppy ass job fixing my windows. That they ended up COMPLETELY scratching the whole inside of my car. The car has been on the shop since 4/2/2018 and NOW my brand new car isn’t covered for the damages THAT they caused themselves? And that i have to pay for the rental ? When i didnt even asked. Dealer advertised the vehicle for sale but upon making an inquiry, they said they decided not to sell the car.
