Knew pretty much what vehicle I wanted and was able to view the vehicle, test drive it, fill out all the paperwork . With the help of Eric we were out of the dealership with a new Toyota Platinum in a couple of hours. Excellent job Eric! Oh, and thanks for the follow-up phone calls checking on the vehicle.
