Do not come here! Avoid this dealership! My experience with Toyota of Massapequa was horrendous, particularly with their sales manager, Daniel Algarin. His behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful the moment I asked for the GM's email. Instead of providing it, he had a sales consultant give me a false email address. My father and I went to Toyota to looking for car three times. Carlos was very nice. We didn’t see a liked car in the first time, but he sent me the video about the car we liked next morning. The second time, I try to surprise him when we are there. But he leave early that day, but he still let his coworkers help us search the one we liked. Finally we got the car on the third time. I appreciate for his help and awesome job for us.
I had a great experience at Toyota of Massapequa. I really appreciated the time and attention Chris Brewster spent with my wife and me throughout the process. He also provided great follow up after the lease was done.
