Oil changes are expensive and they offer you these other expensive services that you don’t need but make you think you do. As a woman, it’s easy to get talked into paying for an expensive service that another mechanic can do a lot cheaper. I have learned to ask my mechanic before letting Toyota do anything extra to my RAV4.
Toyota of Jackson was the only honest place when I was looking for a car for my daughter and grandson. No bait and switch like other dealerships. I was assisted by three different gentleman for the same reason and all three were professional. When I sold the 2017 Toyota Corolla, the buyer wanted a professional to review the car. I took the car back to Toyota of Jackson and received a rave reviews. The car is still in great shape after 4 years.
Salesman was fun to deal with.
