If I can separate my review for the sales department and the finance department, it will be fair to the rating based on my experience. First off, salesperson, Tiana and sales manager, Eddie were great. They were highly motivated, knowledgeable, and great communication during our visit. Mickey is very unprofessional. Upcharged me almost ten thousand dollars from the MSRP. crumpled up the paperwork so I did not know how much I overpayed for my weak 2 cylinder engine rav 4. I was pressured into getting this car to begin with. After the sale, he tells me to come back and get my second key. Unbelievable. I come back days later, to be told and walked to their lockers, where he opened the locker and said they can't find it, so to please come back the next weekend.
