Low prices and nice staff Over the weekend, I stopped at Toyota of Hackensack to look at the Prius V. I was totally surprised at what great end-of-the-year deals they had â so much so that I thought there must be some catch. There wasnât. I wound up purchasing the hybrid on the spot, and I absolutely love it. My salesman and the finance person were very nice to deal with, and Iâm telling everyone I know to look at their deals. They have the best prices of any Toyota dealer around here!
Very Happy! Bill James was a pleasure to deal with. He was polite and very helpful. I especially appreciated that he didn't try the "hard" sell. He was well informed about the car's features and options and was very patient with me while he explained how to work all of the technical features of the car when I went to pick it up. I would recommend Bill and Toyota of Hackensack to anyone.
Very impressed! My wife and I have been using Toyota of Hackensack for years, and we couldnât be happier. The selection is better than most Toyota dealers in the area, and the employees are friendly, polite, and never pushy. This month, we traded in our 2008 Camry for a brand new Avalon, and the entire process was completed in just a couple of hours. We would never shop for a Toyota anywhere else.

Good People The guys at Toyota of Hackensack are good people. They made it hassle free for me to get my new Highlander. I had a lot of questions and test drove almost all of their models but they weren't impatient about it or grumpy about letting me drive around. I'm glad I chose to come to these guys and I'll definitely be back in the near future.
Great Customer Service My wife and I took advantage of Toyota of Hackensackâs Black Friday specials and got ourselves a new Camry this weekend. I was expecting to wait forever because it was a holiday weekend, but we were helped right away. Joe is a great salesman and was very patient with us, even though the showroom was obviously busy. I canât believe what a great deal we got and how painless the actual buying process was!
