Great Dealership I was looking for a dealership that wouldn't rob me blind with their extra fees and added warranties, so I went into Toyota of Hackensack just to check it out. I found that the salesmen were awesome, they were really helpful and weren't judgmental of me asking 101 questions, they even answered them all.
Quality Services!! I had a minor issue with my car. Every time I turned my steering wheel it tightened up and I couldnât really turn it all the way. I went online and saw they had a form I could fill out within a matter of minutes to make an appointment at Toyota of Hackensack. They called me to confirm and I had an appointment immediately!! Great Customer Service My wife and I took advantage of Toyota of Hackensackâs Black Friday specials and got ourselves a new Camry this weekend. I was expecting to wait forever because it was a holiday weekend, but we were helped right away. Joe is a great salesman and was very patient with us, even though the showroom was obviously busy. I canât believe what a great deal we got and how painless the actual buying process was!
service Scheduled an appointment with the service department at Toyota of Hackensack for a weird noise. The employee there was ready as soon as I got there. I left and came back when they told me and the work was actually done on time. There's no more weird noise, which is the most important thing.
