awesome service Thinking back on all the vehicles I have purchased in my lifetime this was the most pleasant experience EVER!!! My husband and I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Toyota of Hackensack. Bill James was the salesperson that helped us when we visited the dealership. Great Dealership I was looking for a dealership that wouldn't rob me blind with their extra fees and added warranties, so I went into Toyota of Hackensack just to check it out. I found that the salesmen were awesome, they were really helpful and weren't judgmental of me asking 101 questions, they even answered them all.
Love my new car! I was very satisfied with Toyota of Hackensack! I purchased a certified pre-owned 2009 Camry from Toyota of Hackensack. Our salesperson understood where we were coming from and did their best to work with us on every aspect. We explored all the options from used to new. Their staff was friendly and inviting. They worked with us on price and payment. They were thorough and quick. We were able to drive our car home that evening. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Service Dep't I don't have time to park my car at a service department for couple days, I rely on my car to get me everywhere I go. Even though it's a bit newer, no maintenance can really mess up your car. I stopped by Toyota of Hackensack to make an appointment and instead was attended to right away. The service dep't was professional, helpful and even taught me how to keep it maintained between service appointments. Talk about service!

I made my initial inquiry via their website, and when I came in they gave me their best "internet special" offer. No high pressure or slimy sales tactics.
Toyota of Hackensack After having some issues with my heating I logged onto the Toyota of Hackensack website and scheduled service. I went into the service department and my camry was out and about in about 3 hours. The service was great and with their service coupons, I got a deal on the price.
Very Happy! Bill James was a pleasure to deal with. He was polite and very helpful. I especially appreciated that he didn't try the "hard" sell. He was well informed about the car's features and options and was very patient with me while he explained how to work all of the technical features of the car when I went to pick it up. I would recommend Bill and Toyota of Hackensack to anyone.
Great Customer Service My wife and I took advantage of Toyota of Hackensackâs Black Friday specials and got ourselves a new Camry this weekend. I was expecting to wait forever because it was a holiday weekend, but we were helped right away. Joe is a great salesman and was very patient with us, even though the showroom was obviously busy. I canât believe what a great deal we got and how painless the actual buying process was!
