Great Dealership I was looking for a dealership that wouldn't rob me blind with their extra fees and added warranties, so I went into Toyota of Hackensack just to check it out. I found that the salesmen were awesome, they were really helpful and weren't judgmental of me asking 101 questions, they even answered them all.

Love my new car! I was very satisfied with Toyota of Hackensack! I purchased a certified pre-owned 2009 Camry from Toyota of Hackensack. Our salesperson understood where we were coming from and did their best to work with us on every aspect. We explored all the options from used to new. Their staff was friendly and inviting. They worked with us on price and payment. They were thorough and quick. We were able to drive our car home that evening. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Quality Services!! I had a minor issue with my car. Every time I turned my steering wheel it tightened up and I couldn’t really turn it all the way. I went online and saw they had a form I could fill out within a matter of minutes to make an appointment at Toyota of Hackensack. They called me to confirm and I had an appointment immediately!! Great Dealership!! I highly recommend Toyota of Hackensack to everyone who in interested in buying a new Toyota. Their service is excellent, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable environment. Their staff is great and I have not experienced this kind of service elsewhere

Toyota Of Hackensack is a comfortable car shopping experience The salespeople at Toyota of Hackensack were one of the better experiences that I had, while car shopping. I made my initial inquiry via their website, and when I came in they gave me their best "internet special" offer. No high pressure or slimy sales tactics.

Very Happy! Bill James was a pleasure to deal with. He was polite and very helpful. I especially appreciated that he didn't try the "hard" sell. He was well informed about the car's features and options and was very patient with me while he explained how to work all of the technical features of the car when I went to pick it up. I would recommend Bill and Toyota of Hackensack to anyone.

Good People The guys at Toyota of Hackensack are good people. They made it hassle free for me to get my new Highlander. I had a lot of questions and test drove almost all of their models but they weren't impatient about it or grumpy about letting me drive around. I'm glad I chose to come to these guys and I'll definitely be back in the near future.

Great Customer Service My wife and I took advantage of Toyota of Hackensack’s Black Friday specials and got ourselves a new Camry this weekend. I was expecting to wait forever because it was a holiday weekend, but we were helped right away. Joe is a great salesman and was very patient with us, even though the showroom was obviously busy. I can’t believe what a great deal we got and how painless the actual buying process was!

service Scheduled an appointment with the service department at Toyota of Hackensack for a weird noise. The employee there was ready as soon as I got there. I left and came back when they told me and the work was actually done on time. There's no more weird noise, which is the most important thing.
