I like how Toyota provides coupons for services that can become to expensive. My last services took longer than usual and I had received a coupon after the expiration date. They honored one coupon however did not honor the other coupon. The service people were nice.

I took my Prius into the Toyota of Glendale dealership for an oil change and regular service. They told me over the phone and in writing that my brakes were "warped and glazed" and needed to be replaced. They quoted me for the work and parts.
