The best thing about Toyota of Glendale Service Dept. is PAUL FLORES! He has been in charge of service for our Prius and now our Venza. He is courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and he always delivers his best to address, diagnose and set up our repairs and maintenance when needed. He always follows up and so far our cars have always been ready for pick up when promised.......Bonus is they offer discount coupons. Can't beat that in this town!!!

The staff seems great, I just don’t understand why I have to wait for my service tech to call me. Why can’t any service tech help me? I am on the mercy of his availability to get information regarding my car. Yesterday I called and he was out to lunch and I didn’t get a call back for almost 2 hours. Today, I call and was told that he doesn’t start until 11am and no one else can help me. Now 11:30 and I still have no idea on the status of my vehicle.

Every time one of my cars needs maintenance I get excelent care by all the advisors and specially by Peter Admajian and Carlos Pena.
