My story begins in December 2019 when we bought a 2015 *** Yukon XL. The price and vehicle were great and the salesperson was also good hence the 2/5 star rating. The finance department however has caused us some grief over the past couple years. We met with VM from finance to finalize our purchase. He was very personable and seemed to connect with our situation. Bad experience at Toyota Gladstone, Oregon
I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe on April 27, 2021 from Toyota Gladstone. I paid with a banks cashier check. The problem starts when the salesman JR (Johnathan R********) introduced me to finance officer (stocky, bald and confrontational, hostile personality), to complete the process. They didn't push me into getting anything I didn't need or want with the truck or with financing. They also found me a manual, Other places tried to push me to a automatic.
