This is a shout-out for Nick Clements, Service Advisor, for Toyota of Fort Worth on Camp Bowie West and the unnamed technician who was assigned to run a diagnostic on my only transportation. I needed someone to look at my 2011 RAV4 Limited and give me an unbiased assessment of suggested work needing to be done to my car by an independent repair shop. Waited almost 2 hours just to have oil changed and tires rotated and inspection even though I had an appointment. I also miss the days when your car was washed before it was returned to you.
