Absolutely a waste of time to go to this dealership, do not even bother to set up an appointment to see a vehicle. I did, planning on seeing a vehicle, probably purchasing & "Chais" informed me that I had been texted the day prior that the car was sold, which I was not, at all. (Do your job Chais). "Katie" was supposed to meet me that day at a 1pm appt., which I was early for to show me that very car, who wasn't there. They sent "Chais" to do that job. I honestly don't think Katie exists. I had exceptional service at Toyota of Erie! Brett was able to get me a next day appointment and made the entire process smooth. The service team took their time to diagnose the problem and ensure that it was fixed correctly before I left. Trying several solutions took time but the lounge area was well stocked and comfortable for me to work from. I was updated several times on what they were working on and left completely satisfied. I can’t recommend the service department at Toyota of Erie enough!!
My wife and I just bought a new RAV4 here. Mike is a great salesman and a fun guy to be around. To be fair we didn't get there until the end of the day on Saturday and things had to happen quickly so I get it, everyone wants a weekend. Only giving four stars because the finance manager was too aggressive trying to sell us an extended warranty we clearly stated we didn't want 3 times. The sales staff tells you how great the vehicle is and how well made they are the the finance manager implies that it's going to fall apart aft... read more
