Mike M. from sales is great and generally that side of the business is fine. The service department is another story entirely and is absolutely awful and prompts borderline legal action from any interested lawyers with too much time on their hands. They are lucky PA is a two party consent state otherwise someone could have a field day with hidden cameras on the car in the service department.
