Service was prompt and diagnostic identified problem and solution was implemented. No reason to be disappointed with this. I thought the surcharge for payment by credit card was petty and not expected from a major dealership. Also most service providers wash car before returning to owner. Little touches mean a lot in competitive world where customer service is essential

I saw a vehicle posted on their website. I called when they opened asking if the vehicle was available and seeing if they would ensure it would be there if I came to look at it. I was driving from about 2 hours away. After speaking with Katie, she was polite and stated yes she would pull the keys and it would be ready when I got there.
