I purchased a 2015 Sequoia from Scott Wilson this weekend. I had my two very active boys with me and I could not have asked for better salesman. My boys enjoyed the process as much as I did. We test drove a couple of vehicles before deciding on which one we wanted and Scott was so very helpful at getting us all in and out and allowing us to take our time and not feel pressured. My husband has brought me 2 different vehicles from here..Rav 4 2015 back in October 2015 and yesterday for valentine's day feb 13 2016..he brought me a 2016 camry special edition. Joey has great customer service and straight forward..we will be sticking wit Toyota of dothan..
So disappointed in service center. I asked them to check out a fj cruiser I was about to purchase. I also had Whaleys check it out as well and they said there was a timing problem. Unfortunately I believed Toyotas report and am now looking at a $3000.00 repair bill for a timing problem that showed up within a month of the purchase
I went to Toyota of Dothan and they were trying to talk me in to buying a car that wouldn't fit my whole family. I went looking for a SUV and they was trying to put me in a Prius. If i am paying for something I should get what I want. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I went to another dealership and got exactly what I wanted with NO problem.
