Literally tried to rip me off on my 2015 Ford Mustang trade in. They offered me 21000. Then said a lease would be my best option. My car is worth 28000-29000, but because it had a dent in the bumper and I had the bumper replaced they low balled me that much. Worst experience with a buying a car... It started the day we bought the car... We didn't get out of the city limits before the door panel started peeling off, we get home to find out the temporary tag we were given had someone else's name written on it and when we called we were told it doesn't matter it was ok... Waited 4 hours for routine maintenance yesterday. Have never had this happen before. Was not a good experience. The one star is for yesterday only.
I was in Dothan a few weeks ago and had my oil changed. I Have to admit it was the fastest oil change ever... Alan Volf made sure we checked out the inventory and i was in and out in no time. Thanks y'all! Definitely will be back!!
