Service staff are horrible. Besides being treated awfully bad they did not provide me the service they were supposed to. Even though the sales team are awesome they should not promise you anything that they can't honor. If you are thinking of getting a Toyota don't go to Toyota of Deerfield Beach try a different dealership you might have better luck
Bad customer service. I went in for a Zatac appointment an oil change and the heated front consul. I was told the car was ready but only the oil change got done. The service advisor never said a word about the other two items. I wasted a trip from Boynton Beach for this. I am disappointed by the failure to take care of the issues that the car has and the failure of the service advisor to tell me the truth.
This operation is shady, engaging in illegal business practices to save a few bucks. Their customer service is abysmal. Please avoid this place.

RecommendedWhat a fine place! I received an oil change and tire rotation gratis. The car got washed as well . I did have to pay for an engine cleaning additive. It almost broke the bank: two dollars and forty cents. Those are nineteenth century costs. And really cool service management. Thank you, TDB.
I give zero star ! You are treated and barely treated in the service sector! Staff and service manager kau polite and arrogant! I do not buy any more cars there! I buy 2 cars one last is zero 2019 ! Andre is excellent seller very good men , but service dept is wery bad service and tretement to customers . I was mistreated as a customer ,no part sympathy on service , must to change manager On service and some staff. No education
