The service department is really exceptional. It is extremely busy on weekends, so I do not recommend going there on those days. However, ask for Henri. I have had the best experience with him. He has a great personality and amazing energy. I got the 20k mile service with car wash and it took about an hour and 15 min. The location of the dealership is near a Target, Papa John's, and Dandee Donuts. So, you can just walk across the street to have something to do. You will receive a text when your car is ready.
