I am a single mom and I was scared to death to buy a car by myself but I was lucky enough to have David answer my email. He made the deal so easy. I picked out a s model corolla and he gave me a quote that beat four local dealers and I was in my new car. I had nothing to be scared about with David helping me. Toyota of Dallas is the BEST place to purchase a vehicle hands down! I bought my first car from them a few years ago and I had a pretty good experience. My father and I went to Toyota of Dallas to purchase my first vehicle. When we got there we were greeted right away and a salesman was able to help us promptly. Overall, they had a great selection. I didn't know what kind of car I wanted and what would be best for a first car. My salesman, Nicholas Madl, was very knowledgeable and explained what was best for what I was looking for. Toyota of Dallas has the best inventory, my salesman was Murat and he did an excellent job, he really listened to my needs and got me a Camry for the price I wanted. Managers are also very efficient and we did not have to wait long during the process. Finance managers are very knowledgable and they helped us out a lot even though we did not have the best credit. Thank you TOD and I will be referring all my family and friends to you. Excellent car buying experience.
Toyota of Dallas. Best toyota store in Texas. I have been buying Toyotas since 1996. I have yet to have an experience like at had at TOD. They have receently changed there entire management, from the owner/Gm Darren Dortch, to the sales management team specifically Dustin (new car manger). This was the first time I bought a car from this dealership. The process was smooth and I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish. NO WAY you should work with these guys!!! So old school they should have been a movie. I tried buying a Highlander from them. Internet group quoted one price and when I got there is was a bait and switch. In the middle of the conversation the dealer asked for a credit card to prove that I am serious I gave it to him (me a dope!!) he took it and then went into hard sell mode. Having had a good experience with the parts guys I returned last weekend to buy a used car. IT WAS NOTHING BUT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. The standard sleezy, hardsell, controlling sales guy tactics applied! The same crap that had me turn my car around and leave the parking lot without even having a chance to get out of my car at Trophy Nissan. (Sales guys attacked after I rolled down my window.)
