Always 5 stars when working with Michael Dallaire!! He’s always on point with his customer service and never misses a beat on genuinely trying to help and care for you, not just as a customer, but as a person. Always listening and putting your best interests in mind when dealing with him. If I’m going to get my truck serviced or repaired, I’m seeing Michael no doubt!!
Normally they are great, but this last time, they did not turn off my maintenance light, and they said they washed the vehicle, but they didn't.
Sometimes the pre-programmed text messages about your car’s status could be better served by having the service rep call the customer on the phone to discuss the car’s status. Don’t let the IT revolution replace customer service.
I received great customer service from my advisor CJ (Charles) as he was very attentive and professional.
