With the exception of a couple of minor details my experience at Toyota Of Clermont was exceptional. All the staff arose to the occasion and put the deal together. The one stand out for me was YARI. Toyota has a very caring and knowledgeable employee. She is will be my go to person in the future.

Long story short, had my Toyota in for service had to take it back several times because they forgot something. Was asked to bring it back in for a diagnostic in house (the backup camera stopped working) dropped it off at 7:30am received call at 10:30am asking if I was going to bring it in, was called at 1pm stating car was ready, immediately received call stating car was not there.
