I would never recommend this store to anyone. 2 years of trying to fix the same issue with probably the worst manager I’ve ever had to deal with. Had an issue and took my vehicle in 20+ times and left my vehicle there for in total almost an entire month. Wouldn’t try and help me get into another vehicle. Sold it and am way happier not having to deal with Toyota of Clermont anymore. And after selling the vehicle I get a call from them telling me I needed service on it. Absolutely horrendous customer service and managerial representation. I inquired about a Tacoma on October 29th and was contacted my one of the sales representatives, “Matt.” We spoke preliminary figures and we met close enough for my to make the 60 mile, 1 hr 22 minute drive, to test drive and eventually work a deal.
