I feel very disappointed with the dealer. I really needed a car and they took advantage of my situation. They promised me a great offer compared to the offer I received from another dealer. Their promise was made so that way I’ll stay with Toyota. They convinced me to process the financial application and after that, everything I was promised was gone.
