This dealer advertises online, has an internet sales department, yet won't sell online. They happen to have a car that met most of my wants and needs. I decided I was willing to pay full asking price for it. When I called to complete the transaction I was told "we don't do that". A dealership that doesn't sell cars that they have on their lot for full asking price? Seems very very odd to me. Ever since I decided to start taking my Scion to Clermont Toyota it's been in tip top shape. I also deal with the same person consistantly so I don't have to reexplain myself every time. I always deal with Victor Negron who is a super nice guy and always explains things thoroughly. It is very important to have someone you can trust with your car when you drive as much as I do, and I am greatful I have!
