one of the more pleasant experiences buying a vehicle. From Richard showing me vehicles, to scott working up a great deal for me...and the closing/finishing touches with rose. my husband and I were impressed and I absolutely love my new suv.
My experience was great! Easy process, There was no pressure at all, which was easy for me to make a decision. Jerry Rojas was super and Mike Diaz was great.
2nd time dealing with Rose C and it feels like working with family.....the good side of family....we requested rose this time around....I'm sure there will be a 3rd.....she explains the whole process and ensures that you understand every sheet you are signing. THANX Rose
They dont mess around. We had everything agreed upon in about 30-40 mins and had me out of there in no time.
I came to purchase my second vehicle in 4-5 months. I worked with Cory again, who I believe is a good kid. I traded a 2700 mile car I was not using to buy a Tundra, paying cash. We agreed on the new vehicle cost and the value of my trade but then he pushed and pushed me to do a lease. I didn't want to and resisted for a long time as he continued to push me but I eventually agreed. That is clearly my fault.
