We have bought a couple of cars from them. We always ask for the same guy. You want a great salesman then see Ron Walsh. We will continue to go back when we need a new car. Service department is always great also. Best dealership in the Tri cities.
Recently had oil change because I received a discount coupon for such by email. I feel the oil change price Bristol charges is too high without the coupon. The oil change was complete extremely fast and they have the best customer waiting area around with different flavored coffees, popcorn, water etc. I took away 1 star only because without the coupon the price for an oil change is too high and higher of all other different brand dealers.
I have owned by Tacoma for about 18 months. From sales to service it has been an excellent experience. The sales person went out of his way to make sure I had the vehicle that I needed. Since the sale the service department has been just as wonderful. I schedule service online. It is quick, easy, and I receive reminders on my phone. Wonderful dealer and the service reps are always very helpful and willing to explain things clearly to you. Calling in by phone is a bit of a hassle but, pretty much everywhere is these days. Too many levels of communication in the American workplace.
