Once you can get past the horrible phone situation they have a wonderful service department. Go out of their way to take care of you. It seems like everytime I call for an appt though I get transferred and put on hold and transferred and have to tell at least 6 different people what I need before I finally get to the person who actually takes care of me. That's really frustrating when there's crazy alarms flashing on your car how your brakes are out. You can't beat a place that always has popcorn for it's patrons though. :)
