Was attempting to purchase a vehicle for my some who is active duty at Fort Sam Houston. The sales person we spoke to was very nice but when trying to iron out a price of a used car, our numbers didn't match. Finally after several phone calls and emails, I asked her to provide the numbers (vehicle cost, tax, document fee, etc). Lo and behold, there is a $998 fee for an Apex GPS tracking unit that is "installed in every used car" and you are unable to remove it. So essentially, find a used car here and add $1,000 to the cost.... read more
Toyota of Boerne is my Family's choice. We've bought four cars from here and have only had the most pleasant experience. When you visit, ask for Vanessa for sales and Chris ****for finance. The director of finance Gary, is superb!!! Certified or New, Toyota of Boerne has got ya!
Vanessa is incredible! She is so fun, kind, and had all the answers to any question I could come up with. She will go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want and need. Anthony in finance is also amazing, he spent the extra time to explain the answers to my endless questions and fix up my paperwork even though it was super busy. I cannot sing enough praises about these guys, they genuinely care about their customers! I will be telling everyone I know to go see them for their next car purchase!
