My experiences with Toyota of Boerne have always been good. My last service visit was particularly rewarding. My 4-runner with almost 160,000 miles of hard service suffered a failure of the 4x4 system that was difficult to diagnose. The combined efforts of Tina ****(service advisor) and Tucker (Technician) solved this issue in the most innovative way. The WORST vehicle buying experience! I am a Disabled Veteran who suffers from PTSD, one issue being that it is difficult to stay in enclosed places too long and in crowds. So, to avoid delays, I did my research of the Fair Market Value of a 2021 Tundra and a fair-Trade Value of my 2019 Tacoma.
