Robert went out of his way to cover all the details on a possible Highlander purchase. I came back a few days later with my wife and he again was super working with us. She was equally impressed, and he sealed the deal selling us a 2021 Highlander. And, he has been warm, friendly and helpful on a visit to add running boards. Ask for him—he is the real deal!
