Our sales representative ********************************* was very helpful in getting us the information and Toyota of Boerne worked hard to earn our business. This is the 2nd time we shop at this dealership for new vehicles. Will continue doing so in the future.
Very poor customer service after purchase of vehicle. No one ever available to speak with. I regret purchasing a vehicle here.

The salesman was great and understanding in trying to take care of me, the sales manager on the other hand was horrible! I never spoke to him in person but his responses I heard over the phone answering my salesman's questions I had were so unprofessional and lacked any humility, dignity or respect. I honestly do not know how he was hired for that position or let alone works in a customer related services industry with the demeanor and language he used. Took care of us quick. Friendly service and throughly showed and answered what questions I had. Came in with a pre finance in plan and ended up getting a better deal with Toyota finance plan. They really looked out for us here.
