The hardest part of my experience when Purchasing my new vehicle with ******* was not being able to drive it off the lot immediately. They wanted to make sure my ride was clean and beautiful! Other than that I couldnt ask for a better sales rep than *******. He was very professional, understood my objections at first, and what I really appreciated was that he listened to me as a genuine person rather than a salesperson. Useless Financial Advisors and awful department, they had me pick a payment date .. for EACH MONTH and they have been pulling the money earlier by 30 days ! when I call I get hung up on! Poor service, and quality for what I pay for! Fully regret purchasing a vehicle at this Toyota location :(
