********************* Toyota of Boerne wasted my time and then sold a truck I was ready to buy out from under me. When was the last time you were interested in a car and the salesman waited 5 hours to get back to you? Then as were agreeing to the sale after said 5 hours of waiting for a response tells me oops its been sold, sorry. Totally deceptive, unprofessional and dishonest. Guess the Dealmaker *************************** was out of the office letting his staff lose business.

My experience with Toyota of Boerne and salesman ***************************** was very positive. I was looking for a **** Toyota Prius that other dealerships had told me was not available for 6 to 8 months. I had the car within 2 days of visiting the dealership and I am appreciative of the service and ease of the transaction. I highly recommend this dealership.

Purchasing a new car From Toyota of Boerne was the best car buying experience I have ever had buying a new car. Our sales representative, *****, was so wonderful and caring about our needs and circumstances. We were in a high priced rental due to our former car being totaled by hail. The car we had seen on line had already been sold. But ***** found another car for us with everything we wanted. He arranged for us to get a free loaner and turn in the rental car. My wife previously purchased her vehicle about 5 years ago at the same Toyota of Boerne and she always raved about how awesome it was. Well let me tell you that they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Ill never look at a car dealership the same. Our newfound friend and sales person, ***************************, was personable and had top-notch service from beginning to end. I have never been a Toyota owner but working with ********************* was a game changer. He answered all our questions, took time to explain everything and never once hassled us. We went to other dealerships looking then went right back to Toyota of Boerne part because of the vehicle but a lot because of ****.
