Isaiah M. reached out to me about my 2012 Nissan Quest and I told him the problems I was experiencing and I was interested in trading it in. This is the third car I purchased From Toyota of Boerne. The trip is better now the IH10 is almost completely finished. This is the first time I got a brand new car the salesman ISAIAH MC was a great help with my purchase. Another salesman finished with finance part but Mcdonald did most of the work helping me to understand the bell and whistles, the nice test-drive. Great service!

Clumsy, rude, and ineffective manipulation, is what I was met with during my relationship with Toyota of Boerne. The blatant nature of their attempts to manipulate me should be embarrassing to them. The listed price dropped on a used Kia Soul 2020, so I reached out to a salesperson who I’d been talking with before. I contacted her and said I would be interested in this car at a certain price, out the door. "Out the door" is a common phrase understood to be inclusive of all taxes and fees. BUYER BEWARE! I recently bought a certified used vehicle from this branch, and had a great experience purchasing the car. My sales gal did a great job and the finance department processed my loan smoothly. While buying the car one tire was low, and the sales gal pumped it up--no problem. This was late at night and very dark, so we couldn't inspect the tire. It was certified used so Toyota does their own in depth check to verify these things so I didn't think twice. Disappointing to say the least. I am a repeat buyer from this dealership. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them over the past 15 years. This most current vehicle will be the last. I have had to argue with the sales team and finance team over the extended warranty for this vehicle for the past 4 years, since I bought it. If you’re looking for the stereotypical dealership lies and manipulation then this is the dealership for you! The lies and manipulation started with the sales rep and went onto include the new car manager! August 28th ? Called the dealership and asked for a sales representative to talk to and was transferred to ****** *****. Managers could care less what the customer thinks. Service manager is horrible. He'll argue with you about everything. Also, be sure to check that the services that you pay for are done. Bc theyll charge you & not do them. Horrible customer service!

Service Department. Wife took 2006 Toyota tundra in for oil change and tire rotation. Dealer claims couldn't rotate tires because they were too worn. Claimed they had a great deal on tires but won't be in until Friday, but said we needed alignment as well. OK. Then magically tires showed up immediately.??? Upon performing alignment "a rusted bolt" broke, then it was inner and outer tie rod end needed replacement.
