We knew the oil pan was damaged when my husband hit a large piece of metal on IH-10 and the oil began leaking. Had it towed to Toyota of Boerne. When the service advisor called to tell us what the damage was and what had to be done, he did *not* differentiate between what had been damaged by the road hazard, and what other repairs he thought should be done. One star, because zero is not an option. On April 16th, i went to Toyota of Boerne to get my 2018 Toyota Corolla serviced. Soon after this "World Class Multi-point Inspection", I had the scare of my life when i pulled over for what i thought was a flat, turned out to be loosened lug nuts, on all tires and 2 lug nuts which were completely missing, on separate tires. Bought a 2010 Corolla on 4/4 for a cash price. It drove decent and with it raining I could tell it NEEDED new tires. Went ahead and bought it. I put brand new tires on the vehicle and after driving it for one day without rain, could notice the brakes were off and shaking. Had a brake shop look at them, front left pads were between 20-30% while the front right were at 60-70% life. Rotors were warped and the rear drum brakes hadn’t even been touched. This place is misleading. let me start off by saying I know my credit is not where it should be. But they had me go in on a Thursday to sign some paperwork stating that I purchased the vehicle with a make that approve me with a decent percentage rate. And although they were a little rude about some things I still was happy with my purchase because it is what I wanted. I was extremely disappointed about the deceptive trade practices of the Toyota of Boerne dealership. I shopped online for a Toyota Corolla and picked out the one i wanted from 2 choices....2018 Toyota Corolla LE posted on **************for $12,248. Do not buy an "As is" vehicle from them without running a diagnostic on the vehicle yourself.Two of my uncle's are mechanics and have told me to look out for "check engine" lights on the dash.The 2014 Avalon limited was purchased on August 14th,2019 .Was not able to drive that vehicle home that day because I had driven myself to the dealership without a companion,so arranged to pickup vehicle the following day.The day I was to take possession of the vehicle,multiple dash lights and/or the check engine light had come on.They ... read more

I took my Land-cruiser in for the airbag recall over 3 months ago. As of now there is still no recall solution (Toyota issue, not the dealer). They gave me a loaner car, which was appreciated, but while my car was on their lot, an employee backed into it, wrecking it.
