Friendly and Efficient. I like that they assign a customer rep. for the day from first contact in person. So u have direct contact with one person if u have questions. They explain each step thoroughly. You know their name and they know yours. Great customer service. Everyone wearing masks and minimal contact during Covid.

My Fiancé bought his first car here and it went well but after trying to cancel the extended warranty the service was horrible. My Fiancé has spent three months trying to get someone in finance to send his paperwork to cancel his warranty. We went in to turn the paperwork in with some named J Munoz and was suppose to turn it in to corporate for the refund. James Mullen was the one who sent the form but we turned it in to J Munoz.
