Great service ...the service reps go FAR ABOVE THE NORM to help you whatever the cause. I have been a customer at Toyota of El Cajon for years. The have been situations when I was confused about the Electronics on my 2018 Corolla LE. Most recently I noticed that the Digital Indicator for Average mileage dropped. I brought the car in and Simo Vukoitch came out and explained the...... particulars of my “Baby.” This is NOT the first time Mr Vukotich has helped me with my Corolla. ..
Traded our 2014 Tacoma in for the 2018 off road TRD package 4x4. We told our salesman we needed a truck to tow a 7,500 pound travel trailer. He told us this truck would do it no problem being a 4x4, apparently I should have done my own research. After we purchased the truck and went to pick up the camper, the camper salesman told us the truck was too small and would not pull our camper.
