The service advisors are very helpful. They give you an accurate timeline of when your car will be done. A shuttle is provided if you choose not to stay and wait for your car. As an added bonus , donuts and coffee are served.

We bought a Toyota Corolla about a month ago and i gave this company and the salesman 5 stars for selling us not one but two cars in 6 months!! Well, what happened the very next day was unfortunately our fault for not doing our research and looking up the kelly blue book on the Corolla. We paid $19,000 for an $18,030 car! This has been the best Toyota I’ve been to in a long time!! Eliseo N. is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He took care of my appt, my vehicle, and helped me out with the rental car as well. My car is running like new again, and I trust this Toyota!!!
I've been a customer for over 5 years. My representative is Simo, who explains to me what has to be done to my car, how long it will take and the cost. I am pleased with the service I receive. I even get a ride to the local mall when the repair is going to take a few hours!
