The customer service at Toyota of El Cajon is always amazing! I have a Toyota dealership 5 miles from my house (Chula Vista) but Toyota of El Cajon is the only Toyota dealer/maintenance location that i trust with my truck. They have never let me down.

Everyone is so friendly and honest!!! We took our Toyota Venza in for what we thought needed an oil change because of our alert “service maintenance needed”...turns out we didn’t need an oil change but they topped off fluids, checked out everything, and said “no charge”....we were extremely happy and grateful for their honesty and above and beyond customer service.
One of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life they have no respect they don’t care about you and they don’t wanna help you.
Ali was a great salesperson. No pressure, wonderful customer service, professional, knowledgeable, patient and personable. Top notch all the way. Answered all our questions, repeatedly, looked for the color we wanted that they did not have on-site, worked with us for a solid trade-in value for our current car - we had done all our homework and they were upfront, realistic and they partner with USAA and gave us a price that made us say yes to the car on the lot and not order a car.
