I took my Prius into the Toyota of Glendale dealership for an oil change and regular service. They told me over the phone and in writing that my brakes were "warped and glazed" and needed to be replaced. They quoted me for the work and parts. I thought it was too high so I took my car to a local mechanic who said there was nothing wrong with my brakes.
