This place sucks, biggest scam on Michigan ave. They sell you car doc with your car so you come to them for work, and then they will screw your car up so u have to pay for someone else to fix. Went in for an alignment and an oil change. When I left the alignment wasn't right and my LDA doesn't work properly now. If you own a new card, their customer service is outstanding and your maintenance arrival and leave time is 40 minutes but the minute your car is a few years old, 3-5 hours from your appointment time it takes them to care for you and your car. So mad every time I go. I arrive 40 minutes early and my car just sat there with not a single person attending to it. If I arrived 40 minutes early when my car was new, I am in and out in no time.
